Thanks for your help
but i am not actually planing to change my motherboard i just want know whether
xfx amd radeon hd 7750 gddr5 graphic card support my intel DH61H0 motherboard

lol at this PSU. The 'Gold' in ZEB-450W Gold represents the series's name and does NOT represent 80 Plus Gold certification. Perfect example how manufacturers try to fool customers.

There is only 16A@+12V rail. That would be equivalent to 192W for most of ur system components. This is not enough to add a HD 7750. Replace this PSU. Tell ur budget.

My Budget will be maximum 150$ including the price of graphics card which is 100$ in amazon. So i will have 50$ remaining for a PSU

Seriously, even after my suggestion? Nope.
I need to tell u that the wattage in the PSU title is not the wattage that u are going to get. And there are a lot other things than wattage like ripple noise, efficiency, etc
To get a better understanding I insist u read this 9-page review completely even if u have 0 knowledge about electrical engineering.

Try to read and understand, and next time u won't have to ask anyone which PSU u need to get.

http://www.ebay.in/itm/Tech-Com-SSD-PSU-6001-20-4-24-pin-Power-Supply-600Watt-ATX-SMPS-/141028278083?

Did u read the link i gave. U should atleast understand the introduction and conclusion pages and also if possible load tests pages.

Whenever i want to purchase a PSU the first thing i want is this.

The PSU u are mentioning, their manufacturer Techcom is intentionally hiding this info because it can't deliver 600W.

Yup, that's the cheapest good PSU u can get.
Think for urself why this Seasonic PSU which is labeled 400W costs 2734 Rs. and your TechCom 600W PSU costs 825 Rs.
