Hi I got my power bill it wasn't huge but I would like to know if anyone happens to know or know where I could go to see how much per quarter a corsair 1200watt 80 plus gold certified psu would be costing me if left on for instance 24hrs a day with say 6hrs a day serious gaming. I'm running a CF 7970 setup with a 3930k.

It would be the power draw of the parts, not the power supply. You could be running a 2500W power supply and still draw the same amount of power.

Well, the most accurate way to figure out exactly how much power you're drawing from the wall is to purchase a wall socket monitor such as this one (I use it myself):http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882715001

^ Pretty much.

Also consider that the power draw of a computer is actually relatively small compared to other household items. At any particular time, its more likely that your computer monitor or lights are going to be drawing more power. If you run a heater, definitely will consume more power.
