Hello,
I just got Samsung 840 Pro 256GB hard drive and hooked it up with my Dell XPS 8500 system.
When I ran Samsung Magician performance benchmark test, I got only 50% performance out of it.
I would like to know if there is a way to increase performance of this drive closer to max.
My Dell XPS8500 has standard motherboard (factory installed), Core-i7 processor. The only difference is that I got 32GB of ram, EVGA GTX 670 video card and 1TB 7200 Hard drive.
SSD is connected via SATA cable and looks like it goes to SATA3 port.

Hope to find answer here. Thanks!
