will this build be able to play games at ultra settings at 1080p

hi i was just wondering if this build is going to be able to play games at ultra setting at 1080p

Asus m5a97 r2.0 motherboard
corsair cxm 600 w psu
western digital 1 tb hard drive
cooler master hyper 212 evo
asus nvidia gtx 760
samsung 120 gb ssd
corsair vengance 8 gb ram
Amd fx 8350 black edition cpu.

With a 760 not all games, maybe some yes (and with probably all AA filters etc. off).
But you will be fine in High at least.

Btw I meant with a decent and playable FPS

ok i was thinking of getting the asus gtx 760 oc 2 so if i over clocked it would it be able to play games on the higher setting?

You should be fine in med/high at 1080P with most recent games yes
