Is this the best card for my $220 before tax budget

Hi, I wanted to upgrade my graphics card and my budget is $220 before taxes. http://ncix.com/products/?sku=84902&vpn=AX7950%203GBD5-2DHV5E&manufacture=PowerColor&promoid=1317

After rebates its $209before taxes is this my best bet?

NCIX is weird like that; it keeps redirecting me to the main page. That seems like your best bet, but where do you live?

I have the 7970 version of that card, and I love it. I don't really recommend PowerColor.

I'm from vancouver don't have that store around, what's the best card you would recommend from Ncix At 220 before tax
