180W PSU enough for graphics card???

I am planning to buy a ATI Radeon HD 6670 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card.My pc supports pciex16.But the psu is of only 180w.So do i need to upgrade to a new psu??

But the recommended psu wattage of that card is 400W

No it wont you need atleast a 300W PSU

You should always go with the recommended plus 10%.

the decent average psu now is 500-550w, you can see how far you are from that. go buy a decent psu, don't risk it. how old is that psu if i may?
remember that capacitor ages, so a good headroom is welcome

Plus the efficiency levels, as its not guaranteed that a 180W PSU will give 180W only

you need a minimum 400W PSU
