reinstall windows 7 without loosing splinter cell blacklist game levels

Hi! My pc has got infected with adware and i cant get it away, i have tried like everything. It left me no option other than having to reinstall windows 7. I have three partitions, one win 7, one win8 and one file partition. I moved my files over to the file partition - so everything is ready EXCEPT, i got splinter cell blacklist - but i dont want to loose all of my levels, how can i "move" the level or game files to the other partition for restore later? Please help me with this, else i will loose them... Thanks A LOT in advance!:)

Find the location of the saved flies (levels) copy them onto a usb stick, and then place the files back into the orginal file location. There are probally better ways of doing this but this is a simple one. Just make sure you copy all the important files. Sometimes games have a extra folder called "saves" (or similar)

there is a "SAVE" folder within the blacklist directory in my documents, containing a *.sav file, is this the one? Seems logical atleast
