Hi
I recently buy a new computer with This Spec:
Z87-Plus Asus Motherboard
Intel Corei5 4430 LGA 1150 Processor
2 x 4GB 1600 Kingstone
3 x NIC RB44Ge (Mikrotik Quad Ethernet)
Seasonic 750W Power Supply

when i put NICs on PCI-e the system can't start and just turn on and no other action. The Vga-LED is on.
when i removed one of them the system is boot normally.
I checked all of them (NICs) but it is ok.
what is the problem ?
why Vga-LED is on?

I upgrade my bios to 1405 but the problem is exist yet.
my NICs is worked at 4x.
I even change the NB Pci-e to Gen1 but it not solved.

please guide me.sorry for my weak English

Solution
on most motherboards the first two pci slots share an irq. when you drop in that third ethernet card your system is somehow using same irq. if your using this as a server type set up. then go in turn of the printer and serial ports and see if that helps if not change the irq using from auto to fixed and see if that helps.
