Looking for a motherboard that supports Haswell and is not designed specifically for overclocking

Right now, my choice of processor is the Intel i5 4570 (I might bump that up to a 4670, but that's a minor change) and the GPU that I am selecting is a factory overclocked GTX 760. The processor is not unlocked so obviously I'm not going to overclock it, and the GPU is already factory overclocked so I don't anticipate overclocking that either.

I am looking for a motherboard that would be compatible with these parts. I've looked around and it seems like many motherboards that are well-received are ones which are good for overclocking, which is something that I am not particularly interested in. Obviously if the motherboard supports it I'm okay with that, but it seems that there is a slight premium to boards that are good for overclocking which is an unnecessary cost that I would like to avoid.

I do not wish to spend more than $140.

Thanks.
