I want to build gaming pc for at most 1100 CAD (I live in Toronto), with a monitor, preferably 24" n up. I can do both online and in store purchases. I was reading some forums about builds and someone mentioned that new GPUs are coming out late 2013? Since I want to get the pc at the end of the year, will that affect my overall price much or very little?
