I received my new Razer Kraken 7.1 USB headset yesterday, but it's submitting an annoying hissing sound which is driving me crazy. I have my PSU plugged straight into my wall socket, and I have tried plugging the headset into every USB port on my PC. I also plugged the headset into my Mother's laptop and there was no background noise.
