What point-and-shoot can directly capture to Windows?

I am looking for a point-and-shoot model that will capture directly to a frame in my Windows application. Essentially, windows needs to see the camera as a USB camera or webcam. I cannot seem to identify a point-and-shoot model that will do this via USB.

Any ideas?

I don't know of one, but here is an alternative solution:

An Eye-Fi card. A regular size SD card, with WiFi circuitry built in. Take a picture, and it sends the image directly to a folder on the drive. I have 2 in two different cameras, and use them daily.

If you're looking for live video this won't work, but for static images it is seamless and easy.
