Looking for a new monitor

So my new gaming rig is almost complete to play BF4. I am in need of a new monitor tho. I like sleek and simple. I have grown extremely fond of the new ultrawide displays. I have 2 GTX 780 i7 3930k and 16gb of corsair platinum ram. everything is watercooled accept the ram. what is everyones input? and would a 3 monitor set up be better? or could i even run 2 or 3 ultra wides?


P.s. i like bigger monitors, 27" is what i have with everything i own now

NVidia cards don't support it. They are not made for multiscreen gaming. And you can run even 4 or 5 monitors with it. But only in 16:9 not in 21:9. 21:9 is Ultra Wide and you said you wanted ultrawide displays.

Since you have NVidia graphic cards and not Radeon you can't put 3 Monitors together to one Monitor for gaming. That is only possible with Radeon. So I would say you should only take one or two except, if you want to make some Photo shop projects.
Further on, I think, that your PC should be able to run two ultrawide displays, maybe even three, but like I wrote before it's kinda useless, to have 3 of them, that also takes your framerate down a lot!

i cant run 3 monitors even with 2 SLI 780's? damn what makes the difference?
I hate AMD i never had any luck out of any of their stuff thats why im a Nvidia fan! what is stopping the multi display gaming on Nvidia?

Yeah 2x780s is enough power to probably even run 6 monitors... ;)
but I wouldn't recommend more then 3, because then your Graphic Power get too low! I actually would buy one Monitor and one Beamer... ;)
But if you don't have space for one or can't use it, I would take three. But same modell!
