Highest Non-OC Memory Frequency?

Hi, I'm looking to build a new gaming rig, but i have no experience with overclocking memory and I don't want to invest in a new cooling system right now. What I want to know is, what is the highest bus speed that I can get without having to overclock my memory? The highest I've found is 1866MHz (I think), if not then 1600MHz is the highest that I've found.

Solution
Just get the 1600/1866 ram, don't overpay for something that you can just go into the bios (of a nice mobo that supports faster ram of course) and change it (it only takes literally 15 seconds to overclock memory). Even 1333 ram is more then enough. You personally wont see a difference between the 3.

What mobo and CPU, many of the Haswells can run up to 2133 with no changes other than enabling XMP (which is not OCing the memory) if the sticks are 1866 that's what they are made to run at, depending on the CPU an OC may of the CPU may be required to carry the sticks at higher freqs
