Hi everyone

I'm ordering 6 of the JetFlo 120mm fans and I want to hook them up with the Corsair H100 2x 140mm fans to a fan controller.

Now I ran into the NZXT Sentry Mix 2 which has 6 channels each channel can handle up to 30 watt of fan load, now in electrical engineering, motors tend to draw more current at the start and I'm gonna have to connect two fans to two channels.

I'm afraid that the two fans will draw more current thus more wattage and burn the controller channel or even the controller itslef.. god forbid the PSU might get something out of that too.

Now the JetFlo's dram 0.4 Amps at steady state which means it's gonna draw 4.8 watt which is far less than the channel can handle. I dont know about the H100 fans but I guess they wont be that far or I could just connect them separately and not deal with their starting current getting doubled.

Should I be worried about that or I'm just being paranoid xD ?

Any help would be more than appreciated

Thanks ;)
