Quiet CPU cooler am3+

I currently have an AMD FX 6300, and the aftermarket cooler isn't that quiet.

I would like to have a quiet CPU cooler which isn't too expensive (nothing like the h100i...)
I don't want to overclock much or even at all.

I was wondering what quiet, cheap and decent cooler I should buy. Any thoughts ?
I did have the Be quiet dark rock 2 in mind.

Yeah - I have Corsair C70

The only problem is: I have a CM CPU cooler at the moment, i'm not really happy with them so far, any other options which are a bit more expensive?
I'm willing to around £50

Zalman CNPS 9900MAX or 9900MAX-B (only difference is an LED light on the fan). That will rival even the mid range water coolers for cooling and quiet.

Thermalright True Spirit 140. Cheaper than the Noctua, quieter than the Noctua and more effective than the Noctua. Comes with the Blue/Grey fan or black and white. Only caveat is its height - make sure your case is wide enough. I just installed one on an AM3 motherboard with a Phenom II X4 and a ten year old Antec case - fit fine. It can also be positioned any direction you need it to be.

They are within your budget and they are pretty good quality with sturdy mounting systems. It is about on part with the Hyper 212 EVO, in terms of cooling performance.

After that, I, too, give a vote to the Thermalright True Spirit 140. It may not be as flashy as you would like, but the cooling power is there with the silence you like.

Be Quiet! makes good, quality solutions, but their single-tower solutions have failed to gain a foothold in popularity since there are others that work "just as good" but don't cost quite as much since Be Quiet! products do tend to cost a pretty penny.
