Hello, i search a topblow coolr for an Fx 8350, which i got on ebay for 50 bucks 
. I have an Asrock 970 Pro 3 so sadly there is no other opinion like a towercooler.
Can you recommend one? It would be very nice if its quiet and it shall be around 40€
