Hi!!I have a amd fx 8350 cpu,gigabyte 970a-ud3 motherboard,16 gb ram,nvidia geforce gt 520 graphics card.

yes it is, thats a very weak graphics card.

I have that card and its a media card not for gaming.You seriously need a new card ASAP

Be careful with your video card cooler though, i mean heatsink. My laptop's video card is broken now because i force it to play graphics intensive games, and i never clean the heatsink, so it's overheating. So you should always clean the heatsink and put an external fan beside your laptop to avoid overheating.
