Does this CPU Heatsink fit my motherboard?

Hi friends!

I'm looking at purchasing a CPU Heatsink (COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO) for my budget PC build. My current motherboard is a "micro board" (MSI 760GM-P21 (FX) AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard). Will this heatsink fit my motherboard?? I can't seem to find an answer to my question online. Advice?

yes it will if you click details on newegg it will tell you the dimensions.
