Is this the beast you are referring to http://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAG... possibly?
If a different model please provide link
If that is the model you're talking about here then you can reuse the; 1) SATA optical drive, 2) mouse, 3) keyboard, 4) TV Tuner card, 5) Graphics card*, 6) USB wireless card*, 7) Case*, 8) Hard Drives*

*Now for the bad about those...
The Graphics card, the GeForce 8500GT was never considered a great graphics card but it would be an improvement over some integrated graphics solutions, it's current value is ~$20-$30
The USB connected (I like that) Wireless Card is single band so it's speed is considered slow by current standards
The Case does not feature USB 3.0 which is a standard but isn't a necessity - you can use the case and never worry about putting in front panel USB 3.0 since the back of most motherboards will have that
Hard drives, the two hard drives are usable but, I would not use them for the operating system (which really should be on SSD anymore) or any critical data

If a different model ignore that and let me know

Something to consider if reusing the case... The original motherboard is Micro-ATX, you might be limited to mini-ITX and micro-ATX size motherboards

You might want to 'play' here http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/
I am assuming (not sure exactly why) you are in Canada
