Hello,
i recently bought some new hardware, i know the x79 chipset is compatible with this processor, when start up the pc, i only have a black screen, i dont see the motherboard image or any other text, only a black screen, its not my graphic card, ram, or powersupply, also when i start up the pc the fans and ram/graphics card are just running as normal. I found on internet and on the asrock website that i have to update my bios version i got bios version 2.20, and i see on the website version 2.50 adds support for my i7 4960X processor, but now comes my real problem,
How do i flash the bios without having any screen i can look on? i was trying to use an fat32 formatted usb drive, but i dont really have xperience with flashing bios without a display/screen.
Hope somebody can give me tips or maybe can tell me other ways how to do this?
