Bit of a bizarre one this, which I was wondering if somebody could help me with please?

I have just build a new rig (specs below) and everything seems to be working fine & dandy, bar the following slightly annoying scenario...

If the PSU has been switched off using the 1/0 switch at the back for any period of time, when I next switch it on & power up the machine it turns itself on, then after a second (before even getting to POST), it switches itself off again... a couple of seconds later it turns itself on again then boots into Windows and runs absolutely fine for hours afterwards!

This ONLY happens when the PSU has been switched off. If it's never been turned off the PC boots up first time as soon as it's powered on - strange but true!

Any ideas what might be causing this as although it's not a major problem it is slightly annoying & my inquisitive mind wants to know what might be causing it?

Corsair 540R Case
1000W EVGA PSU
Asus Maximus Hero VI Mobo
i7 4770K OC @4.2 GHZ
16GB Corsair Vengence @2133MHz
240GB SSD
2 x GTX 770s 4GB

The CPU is overclocked so that may have something to do with it perhaps or maybe its a MoBo setting / PSU problem perhaps?

Any ideas greatly appreciated? :)
