My computer is very quiet... until i launch a game. I can hear my power supply making this sort of hissing sound. its not high pitched it sounds like blowing air through your teeth. But it can get pretty loud and id like it to stop. my specs
i5 Cpu 3.00 GHz
12 gigs ram
2 tb HDD
Geforce GTX 660 Sc
And my power supply is a stock Hp one with 460 Watts of power. ( the recommended minimum for my gpu is 450)
Am i just hearing my pcu struggle to maintain power to my gpu or is it a problem i need to address immediately? THANKS!

It can't be stopped, but it might be coil whine (check youtube videos to see if sound matches).

Anyway, your PSU's fan needs to run to cool it down when it's under higher load, which just happens to be while you're gaming. One of the reasons I got a higher-wattage PSU was that it could handle higher loads with the fan on lower speeds.

If your PSU does in fact have coil whine, you might be able to RMA it if it isn't old.
