No, most laptops are APUs that have a built in gpu, others have gpus that cannot be swapped for another. You happen to have a APU, the only way to increase it is swap out the cpu you have with a higher end one, but in this case you can't as it's not built to have a higher frequency cpu placed into it.

Apu pertains to amd a series cpus not to cpus with igpus of which this is not either. His igpu is on the mobo. His cpu can be replaced but as this does not contain the igpu, it will not change his gpu. You cannot change the mobo and so cannot change your gpu.
