Asus there have been some heat issues with the XFX 79xx cards until proven different presume the same. Regardless of that I have two XFX 7950 cards and one was RMA'ed just like their Lifetime warranty on the DD cards.

XFX cards are a no-no for higher end cards like 7870, 7950, 7970 and the new R9 series.
