Definitely 700 watts is enough, but I recommend going higher (eg 1000w) in case you decide to Crossfire 7970s later. That's exactly what happened to me - I got one 7970 and a 660W power supply - worked great but I had to get a new power supply when I added another 7970.
That's excessively generous, a good 750w can run 7970's crossfired without a problem...

700w is more than enough, you could run it with a decent 500 or 550, just make sure it's a good psu. I'd go down to something a bit lower and start saving for a cpu upgrade.

I dont have it running 24/7 like this cause it gets a little warm in my room but i've had my cpu with hyper threading on at 4.8ghz and my 2 7970's at 1200/1700 on my NZXT 1000w and ran prime95 and furmark at the same time for 18hr no problems but i recommend an 800w seasonic or nzxt hale90 v2 psu so in the future you can add some more things if you like.
