Can this rig Max out every/most games @ 1080p?

man, that would play anything at 1080, a bit of overkill for 1080 actually, but it leaves you upgrading room for your display, so go for it. You'll probably be alright with the fans, but it will likely get pretty hot since there isn't much space in there and the air will heat up so fast, could you be talked into an ATX board with a mid-tower, that'd be much better for cooling and future expansion...

I'm going to be going from house to house so im going to need a portable rig so i can't get a mid tower sadly

The case size and cooling will not be an issue at all. Don't worry about it. The bitfenix prodigy has better airflow than alot of mid towers. It will be perfectly fine.

Some high-performance fans might be good then, you're going to be making some decent heat with that GPU and CPU...I'm not sure how the stock fans are, but they're probably okay and will work.
