Will this power supply be enough?

Hello fellow members of Tom's Hardware,

I am in the middle of upgrading my computer, but my graphics card (Gt520) just won't cut it anymore. I am looking into a Hd7970 Matrix Platinum but I only have a 430w PSU, I figure a 430w PSU will not run an FX 8320 and the matrix platinum. I am looking at the Corsair CXM 750w and wondering if this would be sufficient
My computer
AMD FX 8320
8Gb Corsair Vengeance 1866mhz
HD7970 Matrix Platinum
2 7200Rpm drives
4 case fans

Thank you for reading this and I do hope you guys can help me out.
Chris.

Yes the 750w will more than tackle the matrix. Nice choice!

More than sufficient to run your setup.

That is exactly what you need and, gives you 100 watts of head room as well.

Thanks MOG2020 for the added reassurance, also, for giving me an expectation of headroom.
