Direct X 11 problem

I have a problem with Direct X 11, Direct3d DirectDraw are in "Not avaible". How can i fix this? I have an Ati Radeon HD 5700 series and i never had this error before.

Check your directX version or just download and install again http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

Reinstall and have the same problem.. Also reinstall drivers of my graphics card...

Maybe its a game called Terraria, when i installed the new version (1.2) its when i have this problem (i guess).
