intel xeon e3 1230 v2 for video editing?

hi i was wondering how this cpu would compare to an amd fx 8150, 8320, and an i7 3770k. i would love to hear what you guys think.

You will want the i7 3770k.

Here is why.

As far as comparing that to the Xeon, the Xeon lacks overclocking which might be a drawback for you especially if you are a gamer. If you aren't a gamer though, go with the Xeon and get an SSD.
