Hey guys...so in my last post you guys directed me to a better GPU instead of using crossfire. Today I installed my 'new' XFX HD7950 3GB Black Edition GPU in my comp. New problem though...

I am seeing [faint] flickering horizontal lines while playing World of Warcraft. it's NOT happening on my desktop [that I can see/tell] and neither in movies, or UTube videos, as I have checked to make sure card wasn't faulty. Even while loading, logging in to WoW I don't see any issues. Only as soon as I am in-game.

I have enabled Vertical Sync, and only the upper half of the screen faintly flickers now. I also enabled Triple Buffering in-game. But that didn't help any.

Also downloaded the latest driver for this GPU.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 OS
AMD A10-6800K 4.1Ghz 42*C
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB [8GBx2] running @ 1866Ghz
Gigabyte F2A75M-D3H MoBo
Acer G235H [1920x1080@60Hz] Monitor
3072MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series [XFX Pine group] GPU

It 'has to be' some type of setting that is off or something. Anyone have any idea?

BTW: Using VGA cable from monitor to DVI adapter to connect to GPU. And when I run WoW using just the A10 APU, I have no issues. And my Refresh rate is @ 60Hz, as it should be.

Problem solved. Was using VGA cable to DVI Adaptor to DVI Port. I'm a 'baddie' :(

instead, went straight DVI cable to DVI port. Fixed.

Sorry to Community for my lack of judgement.
