I am aiming to spend $550-$650, do you think that this will be a decent computer for the price? Will it run the most recent games on at least low? I haven't bought a custom PC before so I am new to this all, thanks. :)

Should run most games on high. You can use the stock cooler of the cpu for now if you need to lower your costs
