hi guys when i turn on my pc it lags on the motherboard logo "press del to inter bios" yesterday lt froze in the middle of a game so i had to restart it, im not sure what the problem is cuz im a noob at these things, i wont mind if a had to format my whole pc i just want to use it asap.

ram: g.skill trident x 32gb 2400 mhz
gpu: 3 way sli nvidia gtx 670 "not overclocked"
hdd: kingston hyper x 120gb ssd "os drive", wd black 2tb and 1tb
os: windows 7 pro 64bit

case: cooler master stryker
