i just ordered this card

And I was wondering if my Mobo which is a
Gigabyte B75M-D3h will support it???
I mean people say its gonna work but my mobo has only one lane with 16X speed....And right beside it is are ram slots....will my GPU fit there
??
And i was also wondering if my CPU which is a i 3770 will bottleneck it??
And how much watts do i need for my PSU for the GPU??
