Wait for 1 month for 4th gen i5 or buy 3rd gen laptop

I am from India and it will almost take 1 month here for the introduction of 4th gen i5 processor to be launched. I am looking for a gaming laptop and have chosen one but within one month the same laptop will come with a 4th gen i5, so should I wait or buy the laptop right now??? the price is also a little bit high.

Laptops is where the 4th gen shines compared to 3rd but its still not a massive difference. The GPU if far more important for gaming anyway.
