Well, pretty and nice, if it fits your budget.

Anyway, if you have some extra cash for all that stuff, I would find some 120 GB SSD at least.

And about FX-6300 - nice CPU, I think it will "stand" one or two years max., not more. So, again, if you do have an opportunity, take 8320.

You can save some cash on PSU - 550 Watts would be enough for build. And take it for other components

Everything else is good and compatible.

P.S. Oh, just forgot! Dont take MSI motherboard for AMD - awfull VRM quality, it will burn even in slightest loads. Take anything else at the same price - Asus, ASRock, Gigabyte..
