Hello Farman123. First of all I found your Graphics details a bit strange (2.70 GHz). It maybe 2.70 GB not GHz. If you have that much of a graphic card it will run fine cause other CPU components are fine.

I think what happens to your laptop, which i think has pretty great specs, really shows that the latest GTA games after San Andreas will be some terrible ports. Maybe you should get NVIDIA-GPU-armed laptop next time because i heard that NVIDIA has been working with big devs like Rockstar Games, Ubisoft, Activision to port their popular titles to GeForce-powered laptop. You're lucky if you can swap your laptop to any used NVIDIA GeForce laptop at affordable price. I think NVIDIA GPU has what it takes to handle high performance games like GTA. I also heard GTA V will be ported to PC in the near future, according to NVIDIA.

Dude you unselected my answer because you think it's not a high end card? I know that, but he saying about running not like testing it's limit or something he just wants to play so he can run it with that card.
And Farman123 go for it, it will run because Saints Row The Third and Sleeping Dogs are way bigger than GTA iv and my PC ran it with an Nvidia card and 1 GB RAM. So, your gonna run it for sure.
