Hello, Im looking to upgrade my graphics card since the old 9600GT I had broke, I also intend to buy a PSU at the same time, currently I have a 9500GT I go very cheap while I saved for the new one, my sistem specs is as follow:

Intel Q9450 Processor 2.66Ghz (up to 2.8Ghz overcklocable as of right now)
4Gb Vengeance 1600Mhz (up to 540Mhz Dram when OC'ed) x 2
Asus P5G43T-M Pro
PSU I intend to buy: Kingwin 850W (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817121069)

I was looking at the GTX series but I cant find which is the best GPU I can buy that won't get bottlenecked by my processor (can go both Nvidia or Ati), if you think I should buy a diferent PSU as well shoot ur suggestion please

Solution
I would steer clear of that PSU (Mainly because I've never heard of that brand personally, and highly doubt its "850W")

Also, you really don't need 850W. It'd be wiser to go maybe 600W~ish (Still more than enough) and spend the money on GPU instead.

Same price range (With 80+ certs):

Many games right now is GPU depending..
that's means, it's need more GPU muscle rather than cpu power..

Any (today) mid low card like hd 7770, 7790, 7850 or even 7870 from amd, or from nvidia 650, 650Ti, 650Ti Boost or even 660 cards

will fit on your gaming needs..

and this kingwin 850w (ABT-850MM) PSU based on SuperFlower SF-650P12SP.
Actually a good PSU, but severely overrated for labeled wattage. you can't pull 850 watt from this psu. 650 watt for the max.

1-Around $200-$240 for GPU, max around $300 for both
2-I have a SamSung 26" Syncmaster 2693HM @1920x1200

@AzuAzu Thanks for the links, Ill check em out
@Quaddro My main corcern really is a CPU bottleneck, altho I've heard this one if a good model for a Quad Core it is a little outdated and I still don't have the money for it, so ill go first with the GPU

with a little bit more overclocking, it'll on par with phenom II x4 cpu or even fx4000 series..and noticeably faster than i3 dual core (for today games which is can utilize 4 cores or more)..

That's mean, your processor still have a good muscle to unleash the cards power that i mention before..

Not at full potential, yes..but at least it can reach around 85%-90% of it.

So, don't worry, get the fastest card that you can afford, and feel the glory of high frames rate..:D

5870 is fast card..for dx 9 games, but not dx11 games..
so, it's better if you go with the newer cards.
and remember, amd cards usually need more cpu power than nvdia..that's means amd cards is more cpu depending than nvdia cards..
