need help installing windows on my pc

hello guys

my motherboard p4s8x-mx .... and there is a problem with the secondary IDE (never detect anything ....just primary and other 2 sata slots) .... anyway i bought this mobo as a bargain from a friend and i didnt notic that secondary IDE had problem , so i connect my IDE HDD and IDE CD-rom on same cable in primary IDE slot and install winXP .... afterward i got DVD sata , so i edit bios setting and make Native and when i boot from sata DVD and go to setup windows ,,,, when finsihed loading files and say (windows is start up ) then i got this blue screen massege , also i tried do that via flash memory to install windows but same massege

whats wrong??? :(

Solution
I'd recommend you to check your Windows XP installer CD first. Try to use it on another PC. If the problem persists, then your guess about BIOS may be right.

yes .... i am already boot up with windows ....but i want install fresh copy of windows :|

Are you using the same Windows XP source for both USB and DVD? Maybe the OS itself is to blame. The Windows XP CD may be scratched or the XP source may be dameged.

i tried also use HDD sata and DVD sata only... same message .... i got rememeber that i am already upgrade my Bios version to the latest one twice .... and the only one already succeed in installing windows was in old BIOS version.... Should i downgrade????
