I have an intel DH61WW motherboard. i want to buy a Ati Amd hd 7750 DDR5 card . but its slot is PCI-E 3.0 Bus Standard . Does my Motherboard support this card ? if not plz provide some sugestions .......

Yes, as long as it has PCI-Express Slot.
But even your card is 3.0, it still run at 2.0

It is not a "WTF" increase in performance. But yes it faster and better for high-end GPU's
