Hi guys I am having two issues with my home built PC. The problems are that it will bluescreen with the error of "Paged error in non-paged location, dumping physical memory." The other issue is that sometimes it will not properly shut down. It will simy just reboot, and if I try to do a hard shut down by holding the power button, it will shut down but immediately power back on when I let go of the power button. There are also instances where it will freeze up during post, freeze before post, and freeze during windows. So I am thinking I have a mobo problem but before I buy another one I wanted to check with others that may have seen this kind of behavior before.

The steps I have taken to try and resolve this issue are:
I have reflashed my BIOS
Checked the mobo battery (good)
Swapped hard drives from a spare and reloaded (same issues)
Reseated and cleaned all internal connections (no change)
Verified my mobo/case pins are all connected correctly
Reloaded windows (genuine copy) and updated to current drivers
Breadboarded all components outside the case (no change)

So again I can't tell if I have a mobo issue, power supply issue, chip, or ram issue....or maybe a combination of those....any help would be appreciated!
