What are some comfortable mouses out in the market that you would prefer? I'm looking for a medium/large size mouse. It doesn't have to be fancy, extra buttons are optional, and preferably good quality.

Solution
'Most comfortable' depends almost 100% on your particular hand shape.

My favorite? Logitech Revolution MX. No longer available.
The Performance MX is a very close second, and is what I'm using now.

Go to a couple store and see how different ones feel.
That is difficut as what may be comfortable for one, may not for another due to the differences in the hands. I am using a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500. Feels good and is very responsive and I use it for gaming as well. Not fancy with a lot of buttons, but I like it.

Logitech MX 5500 mouse/keyboard combo

from pictures on the internet, the mouse doesnt look very big, but it really is.
The keyboard is bigger as well.

it's like they took a normal logitech keyboard/mouse combo, and made it 20% bigger

I'm a tall guy with bigger than normal hands, and I have two of these setups. one at home, one at work :)

as always, logitech stuff lasts forever. htey're out of production, but perhaps ebay?
