Need Help Getting New PC Build To Post

I have been recently trying to build a computer and I have been having some issues. The problem is that the computer is not showing any video. The first time I booted it up, it worked perfectly. This was during an external build. When I put everything inside the case, it didn't post. I took everything out, and did a minimal external build, and still didn't show video. So far, I've tried swapping out quite a few parts. I've tried a different power supply, RAM, GPU, and even a different motherboard. Still, it is not posting. Is it the processor, or am I doing something completely wrong? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Here is a list of the parts I am using:

Motherboard (second one): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

RAM (second set): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Did you make sure the video card is plugged into the power supply?

Yes, the graphics card's fans are spinning, so I know it's on.
