Solution
The rev 4.0 of the UD3 is good, but problem is if you purchase it and the supplier pulls a fast one and tries to ship you a rev 1.0, 1.1 or 3.0 of that board it will not work well.

The rev 4.0 had major upgrades to the VRU and cooling compunents. It can support up to the FX 9590 4.7/5.0 GHz CPU so overclocking the FX 8350 on it will be nice. Previous revisions not so much.

A UD5 or UD7 would be better. But for that price range, an Asus Sabertooth would really be best.
