Can i convert my main Hard Drive to GPT format without data loss

my hard drive has 3 partitions - System reserved (350GB), boot partition (2047GB), and unallocated (746GB).

i want to access all 3TB's of my hard drive by formatting it to GPT and getting all of it in one partition, will i loose any or all data if i click "convert to GPT disk" in disk management?

More about convert main hard drive gpt format data loss
  1. yes you'll lose your data you will essentially be repartitioning your harddrive and will have to format after

"will have to format after" does that mean after the repartition or after the data is lost?
  3. You said its your main drive... please be aware that you cannot boot off a 3tb gpt drive unless you have a efi or uefi motherbd running in efi/uefi mode, and install windows in efi mode.
