Just RMA'd a Hard Drive.... And this happens

Ugh, I'm just going to assume they sent me a shitty hard drive as a RMA. It's only a weeks in and it's already making these noises, and it won't stop. It's consistent. Any suggestions, and opinions of this, or am I right. Very displeased with seagate at the moment! I checked it on every hard drive check program, and it all shows it to be completely fine... I don't believe it.

it may not have been the drive fault...shippers love to play kick the boxes. I seen a whole box of drives turn into belt sanders from a shipper that tossed the box from the back of the truck onto the comp loading dock. (25 2tb drives turned into broken parts). company was selling them in there monthly flyer for bulk drives...go to test ever one of them....one of them took off the test bench....
