so im building my first computer, and im really worried about frying my components! My case is fully painted (NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower Case Red), so how can I ground myself propely?

Solution
Whether or not the case is painted won't matter. As long as you take prior precautions to installation you won't have any problems. I usually throw a plastic chair mat down on the floor where I'm going to be building, and then I scrub my desk until it's free of dust. As long as you do that, you don't have to worry about static.
