At 3.8 Ghz, you may not need to OC. That is some decent speed. It won't pull down the SSD. If you go with the Processor than you will need to get a AMD socketed Motherboard and not the one you had listed in your original post.

Are you sure
because they need alot of breathing room and they have three decent fans and theres two of them
and is that a good motherboard for this the link i sent you

 
It'll be fine, just get a good mid tower case. Anything in the Cooler Master HAF series will do fine as they are designed for airflow solutions and have plenty. The Motherboard is fine if you are not planning to overclock. You didn't say what processor you were going to use.

Since i am on a fairly tight budget im am getting a amd fx-4130 3.8 ghz which i will overclock to make sure i dont get to bad performance im getting 128gb of ssd
