Hi all, UK gamer here
I'm switching to PC as I don't like the look of the Xbox 1 or PS4 and so I have come up with this:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer

Approximate Purchase Date: within 4 weeks of this post

Budget Range: £600-750 after shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing the internet, video editing, university work - computer science course

Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: No I already have Windows 7

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: probably amazon uk but other reputable websites are welcome

Location: Central England

Parts Preferences: AMD please

Overclocking: Most likely won't bother in the first few months but if it helps performance I might give it a go

SLI or Crossfire: Again like overclocking it is something I will look into if I have money to spend later on but for the time being, no.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1024x768

Additional Comments: quiet is preferable. Will be playing mostly Battlefield 4 and sports/racing games.

Mainly looking for a compatibility check before I go ahead and purchase but any suggestions for improvements are welcome.
Thanks in advance.
