Is there any 802.11ac mini-pcie or usb3.0 client that is 3x3 to support ac1200? (also is there a better recommendation than EA6900 for router?)

Solution RealBeast Oct 21, 2013 AFAIK all the AC USB adapters are still 2x2. I would get one that uses USB 3.0 though so that is not a bottleneck.

Thanks for the reply. As I said in my original post "mini-pcie or usb3.0"' AFAIK also, there are only 2x2 on either of the above. That's why I inquired about 3x3... Upvote 0 Downvote

The only way to actually use the 3x3 is with another router in media bridge mode. Even in PCIe there is only one 3x3 card available. THIS ASUS. Upvote 0 Downvote

Only down side is working with an overseas company who usually deals in bulk. If you get one, let us know how it works out for you. Enjoy! Upvote 0 Downvote
